Power Carbon has higher knot strength, better over all strength, and improved clarity even when nicked or chaffed.

Power Carbon does not turn cloudy, even in saltwater, or transfer light thru nicked areas like most other fluorocarbons. A lower refractive index makes Power Carbon closer to the refractive index of water, which in turn makes more invisible under water. This next generation leader material is more supple and handles better then other fluorocarbons, which makes knot tying easier.
